Marvell Know-how says it can purchase community chip startup Innovium for $1.1B in an all-stock deal — (Reuters) – Marvell Know-how Inc on Tuesday mentioned it has agreed to amass chip startup Innovium in a $1.1 billion all-stock deal aimed toward bolstering Marvell’s share of networking chips bought to giant cloud-computing firms.
