SIGMA Company declares the event of recent firmware for the SIGMA 150-600mm F5-6.3 DG DN OS | Sports activities with improved picture stabilization efficiency.
By updating the picture stabilization algorithm to the newly developed OS2, the picture stabilization efficiency shall be improved from roughly 4 stops to roughly 6.5 stops on the huge finish and 5.5 stops on the telephoto finish. *1
As well as, for Sony E-mount lenses, the AF-C monitoring efficiency has been improved. The firmware is at the moment within the remaining growth stage and shall be launched within the close to future.
