This marketing campaign seeks to re-seduce and welcome again earlier VIA Rail passengers who might have foregone the practice in favour of their private vehicles because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Impressed by motion, the centerpiece of the marketing campaign is a 30s video directed by Canadian Director and Academy Award nominee Jeremy Comte. For it’s digital OOH and internet banners, Cossette labored with Canadian photographer Norman Wong, and sought to recreate the feel and appear of a shifting practice – consistent with the concept of motion.
